I Chronicles 4:9-10
"Prayer of Jabez"
I Born and burden to be blessed and to be
blessed a lot (I Chron 4:10)
A. Bore him out of pain the purpose of the
name Jabez
B. Birthed inside him to be greater than
expected
C. Beyond the limitations is where faith
comes alive (Heb 11:1)
II Boundaries would be moved and
enlarged (James 1:6-8)
A. Who sets the boundaries (2 Cor 10:5-6)
B. Why are there boundaries?
C. We will realize that by God blessing us
we become a greater blessing to the
kingdom of God (Luke 6:38)
III Believed God for a breakthrough and His
hand of favor would be upon him
(Eph 3:20)
A. Supernatural favor of God (Psalm 5:12)
B. Spirits indwelling, leading, provisions and
power (I Cor 2:9-16)
C. Self must die, surrender must begin, and
Spiritual blessings begin (Matt 16:24)
D. Supply will come in more influence,
responsibility, opportunity for the Gods
glory and His Kingdom (Matt 6:33)
IV Build a hedge of protection around him so
no evil would come against him
(Psalm 91)
A. Spiritual attacks will come (I Pet 5:8)
B. Strategy for keeping up with the blessed
life (Eph 6:10-18)
C. Stability in unstable moments (1 Pet 1:5-7)
V Bounty of blessing that came as result of
believing and asking God in prayer
(John 14:13-14)
A. We receive because we ask (Matt 7:7)
B. We find because we seek (Matt 7:7)
C. We experience because we participate
(Phil 3:14)
D. We are protected because we trusted
(2 Tim 1:12)
